FeaturesEOIs and selection
Tryouts and selection, without the spreadsheet.
Open an expression of interest, share one link, and every application lands in one queue. Selectors score on their own, and the offers go out in a single email.
What it does
Forms built from real club forms
Start from the club team template (contact details, positions, playing history, availability) or a blank form. Add your own questions and mark each one required or optional.
Anyone can apply
The EOI has its own public page. Players apply without an account, and anyone with a player passport finds the form already filled in.
Tryouts with check-in
Add tryout sessions to the EOI, with an add-to-calendar file for applicants. On the day, check people in on a phone by their applicant number.
Blind scoring
Write a rubric with weighted criteria. Each selector scores alone, then sees the averages and which applicants the selectors disagree about. Scores help you decide; they never decide for you.
Updates to every applicant
Venue confirmed? Time changed? Post an update and it's emailed to everyone with a live application and shown on the EOI page for later applicants.
Offers in one email
Publishing outcomes emails every applicant and offers each selected player their place. Places that open up later go to the waiting list. Export it all as a CSV.
How it works.
Open the EOI
Pick the team, the questions and the closing date, then share the link wherever your players are.
Review and score
Filter applicants by answers, see who came to tryouts, and score against your rubric.
Publish outcomes
One click emails everyone. Selected players accept their place from the email.
They join the club
Accepting invites them to the club, where they finish membership by the deadline you set.
Questions committees ask.
Do applicants need an account?
No. Anyone can apply as a guest from the EOI's link. Players with a passport just sign in, and their details are already filled in.
Can players see their scores or selection notes?
No. Notes, scores and tryout attendance stay with the selectors. They are never shown to the player and never become part of their passport.
Can we change the questions after the EOI opens?
The form locks when the EOI opens, so every applicant answers the same questions. To change them, close the EOI and duplicate it.
Who can publish outcomes?
Selectors review and record outcomes, but only an owner or admin publishes them, so nothing goes out before the committee is ready.
